📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize data management processes for research projects.
• Ensure the integrity and accessibility of research data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in research data management.
• Proven experience with data management tools such as REDCap, OpenClinica, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security.
• Certification in Data Management (e.g., CDMP, CDSC) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
