As the Automotive Chief Mechanic at Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc., you'll be responsible for leading a team of mechanics in diagnosing and repairing vehicles using advanced tools such as diagnostic scanners, specialized software, and industry-standard equipment. Your daily tasks will include scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors for parts, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the automotive repair and maintenance department, ensuring all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer specifications.
• Lead a team of mechanics in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, utilizing diagnostic tools and software such as OBD-II scanners, specialized repair software, and automotive diagnostic systems.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely service and minimizing downtime.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate supply for repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality parts and services at competitive prices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to vehicle maintenance and repair.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on fleet management.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures, including experience with diagnostic scanners and specialized repair software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior staff.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
