📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation
- Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses
- Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation
- Assist in the coordination of HR training and development programs
- Help with the administration of employee surveys and feedback sessions
- Assist in the management of HR software and tools
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work part-time (minimum 15 hours per week)
