📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and maintaining client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and client satisfaction metrics.

  • Providing regular updates to management on client performance and sales progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
