📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and coordinate banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work with the catering team to ensure that food and beverage requirements are met.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and staffing.
  • Create and maintain banquet menus, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Manage the banquet budget, ensuring it is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the event.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, especially in a healthcare setting.
