📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in communication with Chinese suppliers and clients.
  • Supporting administrative tasks in the Admin department.
  • Assisting in the management of import-export (EXIM) processes.
  • Supporting general affairs (GA) tasks and operations.
  • Assisting sales teams in dealing with Chinese customers.
  • Supporting management trainees in their tasks and projects.
  • Assisting in quality control (QC) processes.
  • Supporting warehouse operations and logistics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Basic understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
