📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising the daily operations of the assigned area.,Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular meetings and reports to keep management informed of progress and issues.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.,Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained appropriately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or operational environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
