📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of departmental operations,Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies and plans,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide leadership and support to departmental staff,Handle departmental budgeting and financial reporting,Foster a positive and productive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in department management,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
