🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical services management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven track record of managing clinical operations and improving patient outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
