📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights.,Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business decisions.,Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.,Provide training and support to other team members on data analysis best practices.,Participate in data-driven decision-making processes to support the company's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or dental industry.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.,Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations is a plus.
