📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, ensuring its smooth operation and achieving set targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events as required.,Any other duties as assigned by senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR management principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
