Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and fixing e-bike components, ensuring top performance, and providing excellent customer service. You'll work with industry-standard tools like Bosch PowerPack and Shimano STEPS e-bike systems, and collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to continuously improve our fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric bikes, including battery checks, brake adjustments, and motor diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with e-bike components using industry-standard tools and software.
• Optimize e-bike performance to ensure smooth operation and extended battery life.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting riders with bike setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Document all maintenance and repair work, and keep detailed records of bike performance and issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and updates to the e-bike fleet.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure all bikes meet safety and performance standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in e-bike technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bicycle mechanics or a related field, with a focus on electric bikes.
• Certification in e-bike maintenance and repair from a recognized institution (e.g., Bosch, Shimano, or E-Bike Academy).
• Familiarity with e-bike components, including motors, batteries, controllers, and display units.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, with a focus on safety and precision.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and tools, including multimeters, wire strippers, and soldering irons.
