📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of drivers.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle mileage to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle any vehicle-related disputes or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (preferred but not required).
