PT Persada Duta is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees. If you are passionate about HR and have a strong desire to help others, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in strategic HR planning and projects.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
