📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for job openings.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are hired.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and HR team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Certification in recruitment-related courses is a plus.
