📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
