LAMANSUA Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical design, development, and implementation of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the mechanical design and development of projects from concept to completion.,Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians in the execution of projects.,Ensure that all mechanical designs comply with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other project components.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to stakeholders.,Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers and technicians.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful project management and execution.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and industry standards.,Proficiency in using mechanical engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
