📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize our clients' financial positions and minimize tax liabilities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and provide training to the team.,Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing personalized solutions.,Identify and seize new business opportunities, expanding our client base and market presence.,Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and legal, to ensure a holistic approach to tax planning and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and practices.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with tax software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.,Certification in tax-related courses or professional qualifications, such as CPA or CMA, is a plus.
