📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote Sparks Music products to customers in-store, highlighting features and benefits
• Assist in stock management and ensure product availability
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related inquiries
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets and contribute to team performance
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement
• Uphold Sparks Music’s brand values and represent the store professionally
• Assist in merchandising and display of products to attract customers
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Enthusiastic about music and retail, with a passion for customer engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles
• Basic knowledge of music products and trends is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of merchandise
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service
