📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet our company's needs.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to support decision-making processes.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
