📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and forecasting.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
