📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for PCB products.
  • Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing to ensure product quality.
  • Identify and document defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of defects.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve product quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in PCB testing.
  • Train and mentor junior QA engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Engineering, with a focus on PCB testing.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB design and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in PCB testing tools and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated test systems.
  • Experience with industry standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, and IPC-A-620.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
