📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the health center.,Ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the section.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of staff members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Collaborating with other members of the management team to ensure that the health center as a whole is running smoothly.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all section activities and operations.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the section is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Proficiency in the use of relevant software and technology tools.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle if required.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
