📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information,Develop and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documentation,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product brochures, white papers, and other promotional materials,Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and meets industry standards,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical writing tools,Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
