📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and ordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high standards of service.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
