• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and implementation specialists, ensuring they deliver high-quality data solutions on time and within budget.
• Oversee the analysis, migration, and implementation of critical data for global clients, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique data needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Develop and implement data strategies that align with client goals and drive business growth and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and industry trends, ensuring our clients have access to the most innovative and effective solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise in data analysis and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are integrated with other business processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, migration, and implementation, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience working with global clients and understanding their unique data needs and challenges.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
