📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls using tools like Cisco IOS, Juniper JunOS, and Palo Alto PanOS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage VPN solutions to secure remote access.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and deploy new network solutions.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration, preferably in an ISP environment.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
