📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide financial support to various departments, including sales, production, and human resources.
• Ensure all financial records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
