📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons for young learners aged 3-6 years old.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and early childhood education standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with the school's management and teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Utilize educational software and apps, such as Duolingo Kids, to enhance the learning experience.
• Organize and participate in cultural activities and events to promote a global perspective among students.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in early childhood Mandarin education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to young learners.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar teaching qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational psychology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young children and their parents.
• Fluency in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and administrators.
