📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and implementation of strawberry cultivation schedules and activities.
• Monitor crop health, growth, and development, and report any issues to the agronomist.
• Conduct soil and plant analyses using laboratory equipment and software such as Agrosoft or similar.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs based on agronomic recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of all agricultural activities and crop data using digital tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in agronomy.
• Collaborate with farmers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient farm operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable farming practices to improve crop yields and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in agronomy or related agricultural roles.
• Familiarity with modern agricultural techniques and tools such as GPS-based precision farming, drones, and soil sensors.
• Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
