📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to clients, resolving technical issues and ensuring their systems are up and running
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing IT problems, and provide solutions to our clients
• Document and track IT issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
• Work closely with our team of IT professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients are satisfied with our support
