📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various healthcare roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Providing administrative support to the HR department.
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related role.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and the right to work in Indonesia.
