You'll work in a vibrant retail setting, using tools like POS systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management tools to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Showcase and demonstrate our latest fashion collections.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems and other retail software.
• Manage inventory and restocking as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Promote our brand and special offers to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with fashion retail is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using retail software and POS systems.
• Fashion sense and style awareness.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
