Mining Engineer

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement mining plans and schedules using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Surpac.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments to identify potential mining opportunities.
• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and analyze production data to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with geologists, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project updates.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the mining team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve mining practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, with a strong background in open-pit mining.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the mining industry.
• Familiarity with the mining operations in the Bali region is a significant advantage.
