Primera Hotel Seminyak is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the hotel's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and forecasts.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
